Restaurants should be more than a venue in which to eat: they should be where people enjoy and engage their culinary experience and surroundings. Offering all-organic fare, this restaurant’s airy, natural aesthetic reflects its health-driven ethos. We created a warm environment by using organic materials, such as natural woods, marble, glass, and stainless steel. The focal point of the expansive space is the eye-catching open-kitchen design where guests can watch the preparation of food. The large counter allows for products and food to be displayed, further enhancing the experience of healthy eating. Vast windows allow for ample natural light, and the tremendous ceiling height gave us the opportunity to custom design large pendants that uplight and contemporize the feel of the space.
