QUESTION ANSWERED TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Design questions are only valid per item, i.e. one room of paint, one sofa, one rug, etc. If the question refers to a particular item you would like to purchase, Pfuner Design will provide three (3) options form which to select. Pfuner Design reserves the right to limit the amount of questions pertaining to a particular item at their discretion. If advice exceeds the scope of the initial question, Client may incur additional consultation.
2. Question Answered is an online design service and any suggestions made are meant to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction use.
3. The Client agrees to provide full information regarding requirements for the project including images of the space, measurements of the space, and inspiration for the overall space within a timely manner.
4. Question Answered clients agree to correspond strictly through online communication. One (1) 30 min. phone call is included. Client agrees to additional fees of $75 per phone call if further consultation is requested.
5. Pfuner Design will not be responsible for managing construction, purchasing, delivery, or installation related to the Question Answered project.
6. Pfuner Design will not be held responsible for arranging deliveries, repairs, replacements, freight claims, or requesting lead times for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the Question Answered project.
